It is no surprise that Seoul tops our list of the most technologically advanced cities of the world. The capital of South Korea, Seoul produces 21% of the country’s GDP while using just 1% of the land. It is also home to tech giants such as LG and Samsung. The city is planning to give out second-hand smart devices to all lower income families so that they can access the World Wide Web and stay connected. There are high lamp posts which give our broadcast audio as a well as wireless internet connections.
