Walking is the easiest form of exercise out there and the best part is you don’t even need any fancy equipment for walking. Research has shown that patients who walked on a treadmill three days a week for 12 weeks displayed a significant decrease of RLS symptoms. To walk at a moderate pace, aim for three miles per hour or faster, but don’t speed walk. Walk briskly, but don’t tire yourself out.
