6. Sweet Potatoes
This is one food which contains high amounts of Vitamin A and is filled with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. However, if you are the kind of person who fries sweet potatoes instead of regular potato fries then stop. Frying it only adds a huge amount of fat and calories. You could try boiling the potatoes for the better benefit, just don’t mash them and add layers of butter. Baking whole potatoes is a better option as well.
