There is this huge misconception that any kind of products that contain fats will end up gaining weight in your body. Well, that is actually untrue. There are basically two types of fats; good fat and the bad fat. The bad fat is the one found in junk food that makes us feel bloated and end up increasing our waistline. The good fats are the ones that are needed by the human body to keep the temperature up and has many other functions. Foods like avocado, omega 3, nuts and almonds are rich in good fat.
