It never has to be someone to complete us, we have to be stable and satisfied with ourselves and our lives completely and we surely have to feel independent without anyone and anything. We might be in the illusion where we see ourselves all alone and broken without our significant other but its way more better to remove the hurtful things away from our lives in order to keep yourself at peace and gift yourselves the dignity that we deserve and had lost for many days or years.
7. Stop denying your feelings
Try knowing your feelings and do not bury them under the thoughts which say you to stay calm even though you know that you are being hurt inside or annoyed by the relationship with no doubt. Denying will make it worse as each day passes, if you don’t feel right when you are with your partner or days turn bad when they get in your head, you feel like you are just going with the flow somehow; be sure you need to end it.
