8. Sleep for 7 plus hours
A human body requires at least 8 hours of sleep each day to function properly. And let’s face it, only a handful of us get the appropriate hours of sleep. Sleep is essential for the body to function properly. It also helps our memory, reduces stress, and helps digestion and so on. So make sure you get ample hours of sleep before 8 am that is when you rush to leave for work.
