5. Time of the month
This is one excuse that only the ladies can use. Women can always use the excuse of having their periods once every month. The best part about this excuse is that there is no sure way of saying whether the woman is actually having her period or not. So even if you are not on your period, you can get away with it. Best case scenario is you call in sick and the person on the other line becomes too embarrassed to speak about it and lets you off the hook.
