8. Tapuaetai
Tapuaetai, which means One Foot Island, is a small islet in the Aitutaki atoll of the Cook Islands. This beach won Australia’s Leading Beach award back in 2008. You can get a stunning view of the Aitutaki lagoon. You can also walk on a sandbank to a decent distance when the tide is low.
