4. Tulum
Tulum is one of the most visited sites in Mexico. It used to serve as the port for the Mayan City of Coba at one point. The beach was created back in the early days of 1200 AD. Even though the beach is spectacular on its own, there is a Mayan ruin nearby so that makes the place even special.
