1. Go on vacation
You don’t have to take a month off of work and go on a big holiday. Go backpacking on the weekend, or take your friends on a long hike. You can even go camping. Spending time around nature will help calm you down and give you a new perspective. If you aren’t into outdoor activity, take a day trip somewhere and go sightseeing or shopping. If you have time, plan a longer trip and go someplace far away for a change of scenery. Either way, you are guaranteed to feel better at the end of your vacation.
