8. Swear out loud

If someone at work is stressing you out, sometimes yelling at them (not to their face, though!) will make you feel better. Identify the source of your anxiety and go to town cursing it out. You can even take a decorative cushion or stuffed animal and yell out your frustrations at it. Swearing out loud can a great way to reduce stress and release your pent-up anger.
