5. Talk to a friend
A long heart-to-heart conversation can cure your stress, at least temporarily. Talk to a close friend about your issues. You can ask for advice or just ask them to listen while you vent. However, don’t overanalyze things and be sure to talk about ordinary, non-stressful things as well. You can also combine your venting session with chocolate, booze or getting your nails to make things enjoyable.
