1. Don’t binge watch TV
TV is a good form of entertainment right? It may be, but after you reach the age of 25, every hour of TV cuts 22 minutes of the lifetime from your life. This was reported after a research done by the University of Queensland, Australia. They also added that people who watched 6 hours of TV a day tend to die 5 years earlier than those who do not watch TV. Now it is up to you whether you want to live longer or watch TV.
