4. Start defining things positively
Abort thinking that the glass is half empty and observe that you still have half of the glass full. Whatever happens in your life, try to see the positive aspects of the incident rather than clinging up the negative part. If a particular day of your life goes bad for some reason then try to find out the good incidents that also occurred the same day. This is an effective technique of being an optimistic, eventually the positive thinking comes out from your mind. Life offers us both hard and good times, be grateful for the good times you spend and see the bad things as a signal of an upcoming happiness.
