2. Stop doing too much Cardio
Too many young and ambitious men get overindulged in their cardio routines to burn fat fast. Too much cardio can harm you in many ways but most importantly it will act as a barrier to your muscle growth. Long and slow cardio sessions can destroy your testosterone levels and if your testosterone level goes down, you will suffer a lot of health issues such as depression, muscle loss, erectile dysfunction, heart complication and even fat gain, mainly around the stomach area.
So avoid doing too much cardio at the treadmill or the stationary bike. Instead put more attention towards deadlifts and squats which will help you burn fat without damaging your testosterone and muscle development.
