Fidel Castro isolated the world from Cuba. He was a very ruthless leader and controlled the country for decades. Under his rule, a lot of people fled the country. But despite that Castro was a good ruler. He made sure that each and every citizen of the country received great health care. When compared to the US, both the countries have similar life expectancy despite the USA have a medical budget 20 times more on healthcare. On the other hand, Castro wanted his citizens to be learned. In the current times, the adult illiteracy rate of Cuba is almost nonexistence.
