3. Note down all your fears, and then argue back
You need to make a habit of writing down all your fears in a separate notebook. Make a list of all the things that you are afraid of or, all the negative opinions you got about yourself from the people around you which have either hurt your feelings or lowered your self-confidence.
After a few days, get back to your notebook and see what you wrote. You might feel very melodramatic after going through all those jotted down feelings and might end up laughing at them. If that doesn’t happen, take out your pen and now write a rebuttal to all those fears. Try to bring out your inner aggressive emotions and use them to defend yourself being your own lawyer. This will help you to gain your self-confidence, and thus can make you feel better.
