1. Challenge your fears
If anything frightens you, don’t just sit back and avoid the fear. Instead, challenge your fears. If you are scared of heights, step out and try to hike a small hill, and look down over the distance you covered. Continue to greater heights once you feel comfortable. Feel proud of yourself in completing each of the steps towards exposing yourself to the fears. At one point, you might find yourself interested in bungee jumping forgetting about all your fears. So, stop holding yourself back, create the willingness within yourself to face the fear.
