4. The Chowder Barge
Located in Wilmington, California, the Chowder Barge is quite a famous place and has been included in a lot of hit TV series such as Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Wanted and much more. It was built in 1934 as a support vessel but has remained afloat since then. Ferro cement has been used to keep this place permanently floating. The Chowder Barge is located among many boats and other big vessels in the Los Angeles Harbor. Customers usually drive down to the dock and enjoy a good meal by the dock. It makes for a great day.
