This particular item is the baby octopus found in Korea. It is a very popular item in those parts but it poses a severe risk for novice eaters. The thing about octopus is that even after you killed it, their tentacles stay alive. You can even chop it down to pieces and yet the suction caps will remain active and will adhere to your windpipe and cause you to suffocate. There have been numerous cases where the tentacles had to be fished out of your mouth because they were trying to crawl out. Yes, your food will try to kill you. Some people actually enjoy being suffocated but for most people, it’s a very dangerous thing to eat!
