4. Clavicular Portion of Chest Focus
This workout focuses on the clavicular portion of the chest musculature. For this workout, you should do 3-5 sets of Incline Bench Presses, Incline Dumbbell Presses, EZ Bar Pullovers, Incline Dumbbell Flyes and Incline Bench Cable Flyes. These workouts should be repeated 8-12 times.
