1. Sleeplessness
Insomnia is caused by imbalance and a lack of calcium. The body cannot relax and settle with unbalanced pH levels and high acidity will cause sleeplessness. Drinking lavender tea can help sleeplessness. Drinking a glass of water with a slice of lemon in it can actually help reduce acidity levels. Avoid alcohol and caffeine and consume green, leafy vegetables. Fruits and organic foods can greatly cut down acidity levels as well.
