4. Begin by foam rolling
After doing some stretches, start the main part of your workout by foam rolling. This will help loosen and break up the knots in your muscles that hinder smooth and fluid movements. It will remove any tightness you feel in your muscles and joints. Increased mobility of the muscles will result in a better, faster and smoother workout. You will feel great and see improved results as well. Moves such as squatting and lunging will seem almost effortless and will allow you to workout for longer.
