1. Ignore the gym crowd
Having people around can be distracting and even a little scary. The trick is to just ignore everyone and focus on yourself. If all your favorite equipment is being used, just move on to something else. Do some pushups and other exercises that don’t need a machine. If the stair climbing machine is busy, just climb a flight of real stairs instead. Don’t compare yourself to what others are doing and stick to your own goals, as they are all that really matter. Keep a plan for your workout, but make sure it’s flexible and can easily be adjusted.
