3. Spine Twist
This is one of my personal favorite forms of stretching and it is quite an effective one too. You start off by sitting and having your legs straight. Make sure your feet are flexed and you are hip width apart. From there on, extend your arms in front of you and then rest your palms on opposite elbows. Inhale, before exhaling to the twist to the right. For each side, hold on for 5 seconds before moving on the other side. Perform this 10 times and you will really feel your muscles relaxing and getting a good feeling.
