2. Binge Eating
If there is one thing that you need to avoid to maintain a lean mass, it is binge eating. Sometimes we can gain a lot of weight in just two days. Yes, it is your cheat day, and you can eat some extra cheesy burgers or gulp down the dessert. But don’t overdo it. Keep yourself in check, even on a cheat day. Apart from the damage you cause to your physical self, binge eating can cause you to regret your decision and fall into depression. And during a depression, human beings have a habit of binge eating every more, thereby destroying all your hard work of achieving that lean body.
