1. Forget the alcohol
If you want to get that lean mass, you need to avoid alcohol. You can drink one or two times a week, that is perfectly fine. But if you regularly drink alcohol, then you are in trouble. Alcohol is known for slowing down muscle growth, and in return, it ends up storing fat even more. It also causes you to become dehydrated, which causes your body to lose strength. In short, alcohol is bad for your body and even worse if you want that lean structure.
