5. Somniloquy
Commonly known as sleep talking, is a sleeping disorder. It is not one of the much-researched phenomena which, therefore, has great a scope of reconnaissance for the future generation. However, it is believed that what you say in your sleep is actually the execution of your dream. As the muscles of your body remain paralyzed all along the sleep, a tiny active part of the brain probes the enacting of your dream in the form of speech. This little paradox is certainly harmless and doesn’t need any treatment. Fifty percent of people experience Somniloquy; it is nothing to be ashamed of.
