It has Vitamin A, C calcium, potassium, different minerals, folate and even iron. Apples are like the perfect food because it is sweet, juicy, can be made crunchy and contains a whole lot of fiber. With that being said, some people look to dip apples into caramel sauce and other sugary stuff to make it tastier. Avoid doing that and while buying, always look for the organic apples and keep the peel on while eating them. It’s the peel where most of the good stuff are located.
