1. Broccoli
The one food which has been a topic of debate on the dinner tables for far too long. A lot of people cannot eat a raw broccoli and thus they boil it before eating. That is wrong as it takes away most of the nutrients away from the vegetable. The best way to eat a broccoli is by sautéing it for a couple of minutes or steaming it for a moment before taking it off the heat.
