2. Really ask yourself “what is my relationship with food?”
Such an important question which you must be able to answer. If you just forget calories and food choices for a minute and ask yourself what is your relationship with food? When are you most prone to eat? What kind of foods? Perhaps chocolate, chips and grease snacks are your favorite when you need to relax at the end of a rough day. You just can’t diet your problems away, instead you need to take a look into what drove you to compulsively eat in the first place.
