3. Keeping score of everything
Keeping score of all the mess-ups your partner has made is never a good idea. Keeping score and holding them against your partner is also manipulative and even juvenile. If you have agreed that something is in the past, don’t bring it up again. Doing so builds up anger and bitterness as you are focusing on the bad parts of your relationship instead of the good things. If something is bothering you, discuss it with your partner and come to a compromise.
