5. Avoid Naps
This is one thing that I personally am guilty of doing. I love taking naps during the day. I mean, it just refreshes me up for the rest of the day. It does, however, mess up my sleeping cycle and I have trouble sleeping at night. Try to make it through the day without any naps and at night, you can fall asleep easily because you are so tired. If naps become too irresistible for you then take short 20-30 minutes nap. Nothing more than that.
