2. Standing while working is bad
Sitting all day at work is not advisable. It can be bad for your health. But so can be standing while working. If you are standing and working on your laptop then you are literally putting your wrists and neck in a position which cause you pain. If you are an overweight person then standing while working is even worse, since now you are giving additional force to your joints and bones. If you are sitting too much at work, get up, go for a short walk and then sit back on your chair, that is much healthier than standing.
