5. Purge your pantry
In order to avoid any temptations, clear out your pantry. Get rid of snacks and desserts such chips, sugary cereals and packaged foods that are filled with salt, sugar, and additives. Keep only foods such as canned tomatoes, beans, lentils, whole grains, herbs, and spices. You can also keep sugar free jams, cheeses and eggs. You will feel much lighter and healthier.
