5. God Helmet
This is one of those controversial afterlife experiments. The god helmet is basically a modified snowmobile helmet that tend to produce magnetic fields to stimulate the brain. The idea is to re-create the “heavenly lights, God, and even dead relatives” that people often claim to see when they experience near death situation. However, the experiment failed to provide any sort of that experience even to the ones who had actually experienced near-death incidents.
