This might be a habit that is mostly targeted at the men, they are constantly caressing their southern region. If you observe them closely then you will see them with their hands down their pants at the most random of time. It’s not because they feel something there, it’s just a habit. The disgusting part is, since they are randomly placing their hands there, they don’t wash their hands every time they take it out.
