Most people often mix up being tired and being exhausted altogether. They may seem like the same thing but actually there is a big difference between them. Being tired is somewhat being sleep deprived. You just need a quick nap or long hours of sleep to recharge yourself. Being exhausted however is like a drain of energy mentally, emotionally, physically and psychologically. If you are always exhausted then there can be no quick fix to this. You need to make some adjustments in life and bring in some changes. In order to do so, you need to identify the reasons for being always exhausted.
7. Lack of personal relationships
Sure, having a few friends who are always there to party with seem like a great idea, but if you cannot consider them as your true friends then it’s not worth calling them your friends. If your relationships aren’t meaningful then chances are your life won’t feel that way either. You need to be around people who understands you, who inspires you and motivates you to achieve your dreams. That kind of people channels positivity in your life instead of draining away the energy thereby making you exhausted.
