3. KFC
The name is a good enough indication of just how unhealthy this franchise is. Their signature fried chicken is greasy and full of sodium and oil. A single burger contains 900mg of sodium and 25g of fatty acids. Their crispy chicken breast is deep fried and each piece has 520 calories. It is also crammed with salt, containing 1220 milligrams of sodium. Their wedges aren’t much better when it comes to the salt, fat and carbohydrate content. A healthier option would be their corn on the cob; although it is high in carbs, it contains fewer calories and much less sodium. If you decide to watch your weight, you might want to skip Colonel Sander’s famous chicken.
