3. Expressing Gratitude
Now this may seem a bit slightly out of place, but more and more studies have found a link between expressing gratitude and anxiety. It seems that the more you express gratitude and focus on the good things in life, the less you are likelier to remain under stress. Anxiety seems to have minimum effect when you are happy or content with your life. The best way to express gratitude is to have a journal or some sort of diary. You should write down every time something good has happened to you. In fact, you could even find the most positive thing you have had in the day and write it down as well. A habit of looking at the bright side may help you beat anxiety.
