No matter what kind of problem that you are going through, eating properly and eating the right thing is always crucial. If you don’t intake the proper food you are always likely to fall ill or feel bad. Anxiety is known to mess up one’s eating pattern and cause a loss in appetite. In order to overcome anxiety, your diet should contain a high concentration of Vitamin B, Omega 3 and whole grain carbs. Make sure you avoid processed food and sugar as much as possible. Even though you might think that sugary substance will enhance your mood, in the long run, they fuel anxiety.
