5. Eddie from Cheers
The show Cheers had Eddie and his co-star Carla pair up as the married couple. However, Eddie was removed from the show after he made some rude remarks about his on-screen wife. Apparently, he made some jokes on the national radio regarding how Carla looks and about him receiving “combat pay” to kiss her on-screen. All these did not sit well with the producers and the rest of the show crew and eventually they killed him off from the show by a Zamboni.
