5. Being Unforgiving
Holding grudges causes high blood pressure, stress, anxiety and even depression. Not asking for forgiveness is just as bad: you may feel guilt, lack of control, hopelessness and apathy. The best thing to do is forgive and move on. Anger and hate will get you nowhere. On the other hand, you also have to learn how to forgive yourself. Learn how to let go of any guilt or regrets. This in turn, will set you free.
