2. Not tipping
Most bartenders work very hard to give you a good time. The service industry pays well below the regular minimum wages and tips are how they make money. If you can afford a beer, then you can definitely afford a small tip to go with it. If you are satisfied with the service then you should tip at least 18% of your tab.
