1. Drunk work out
Working out is fine, as long as you are not drunk. How can somebody concentrate on lifting heavy weights when they cannot even keep their balance? A 28-year-old man in England who had drunk 3.5 times the legal amount went into the gym late night. He tried lifting an 88-pound barbell which ended up crushing his neck. Well, exercising to lose weight is admirable, but not when drunk.
