10. Limit your time, where the concentration of pollens is high
Before you get out of your house, check the concentration of pollens in your environment through a web search. Regarding your pollen count -decide what to do next. If the concentration is high, be aware and be prepared. And if low, be free to move around but still some precautions would always be fine. But if the work is not too necessary than staying home would be a better option to grab.
