More than 60 percent humidity is a good temperature for the molds (common fungus) to grow, or produce and when you inhale it, you start sneezing, or your nose gets runny or you might get your eyes watery. This shows that molds are a type of allergens too.  To keep your humidity below 60 percent, try using AC or maybe you can use a dehumidifier.
