1. The Babadook (2014)
How a child’s book story comes to life for the mother where the young son gets involved.
This movie can be regarded as one of the best horror films that Australia has ever produced. It creates a deep soothing ambient atmosphere where watching the movie late at night with all the lights off gives you the shivers you would look for in a perfect horror movie. This movie turns really scary where a single mother faces unrealistic events of horror while surfing through the children’s storybooks that she recites for her young son. The overall performance of the movies is really good and would be a great watch for sure.
