3. Alligator Roll
This is one exercise which works on your core muscles a lot. You start by laying down on your stomach. Your roll from one side to another, eventually laying on your back. You continue to roll on and stop once you are back on your stomach. This completes one rotation. Repeat this a number of times. Alligator rolls work on every muscle around your spine and it is a great way to find out about your weaknesses instantly.
