1. Upward Dog to Squat
This is a classic yoga posture that can be quite a back bending exercise when it is combined with movement into a bottom of a squat. The upward facing dog tends to focus on you lifting your chest forward and to bend at the mid back. It also elongates your lower back. Once you are in that position, push down your hands strongly to jump and move into a squat position. This will take your backward bend into a neutral position, with movement control. This right here is a very important skill to have especially considering how vital it is for the spinal health.
Once you get the hang of these exercises, try to do them in one by one in one smooth flow. This will teach you coordinated stability in mobility. You will learn how to use your strength in different patterns and different movements.
